  • 2 pounds Chicken (boneless, skinless thighs or breasts)
  • 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 Bell Peppers (a mix of colors)
  • 1 Onion (yellow or white)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger (fresh, minced)
  • 1 cup Broth (chicken or vegetable)
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prep your chicken by trimming any excess fat and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Layer in the slow cooker with chicken at the bottom, bell peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the ingredients.
  4. Add broth to keep everything juicy.
  5. Set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken if desired, or leave it chunkier.
  7. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
