Peach Banana Bread

A delightful twist on classic banana bread, combining ripe bananas and juicy peaches for a moist, aromatic loaf that evokes memories of summer gatherings.

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup canned or fresh peaches, chopped
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in the chopped peaches gently.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the banana and peach mixture, stirring until just mixed.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased or parchment-lined loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, checking with a toothpick around 50 minutes.
  8. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
