Refreshing Watermelon Smoothie

A refreshing watermelon smoothie that brings a taste of summer bliss to your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
  • ½ cup banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)
  • ½ cup coconut milk (or any plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping your watermelon and banana.
  2. Blend the watermelon on high until smooth, adding coconut milk if needed.
  3. Add the sliced banana and coconut milk to the blender and blend again.
  4. Include lime juice and sweetener, blend once more to combine.
  5. Ice it up if desired by adding a handful of ice cubes and blend until frosty.
  6. Serve the smoothie in chilled glasses, garnished with a slice of lime or mint.
