Strawberry Colada Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie that combines strawberries, banana, pineapple, and coconut for a tropical delight.

  • 8 ounces fresh strawberries, chilled and hulled
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
  • 5.3 ounces container coconut Greek yogurt
  • 1.25 to 1.5 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering them on your countertop.
  2. Blend the 8 ounces of chilled strawberries in the blender until smooth.
  3. Add the frozen banana and 1.5 cups of frozen pineapple, then blend until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the coconut Greek yogurt and blend well.
  5. Pour in the unsweetened coconut milk gradually while blending, adjusting for desired consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  7. Serve immediately in tall glasses, garnished as desired.

Notes

This smoothie can be customized with different fruits or thickeness adjustments. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but can be prepped in advance.
