Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

A rich and creamy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake that’s nutritious and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing them thoroughly, removing the tops, and slicing them in half.
  2. Add the strawberries, vanilla protein powder, Greek yogurt, milk, cream cheese, and optional honey or maple syrup to the blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If using ice cubes, add them now and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup and blending again.
  5. Pour the shake into a tall glass and garnish with a strawberry or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different protein powder flavors and add other fruits or nut butters for variations.
