Spinach Cucumber Weight Loss Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie packed with nutrients, perfect for a healthy start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • ½ large cucumber (chopped)
  • 1 ripe banana (preferably frozen)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¾1 cup cold water or coconut water

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients. Chop the cucumber and peel the banana if it’s not already frozen.
  2. Add to blender. Toss in the spinach, cucumber, banana, and lemon juice.
  3. Pour in the liquid. Add cold water or coconut water, starting with ¾ cup.
  4. Blend away! Secure the lid and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve by pouring into a glass, optionally topping with hemp seeds or mint.

Notes

This smoothie can be adapted with various fruits or superfoods. It can also be enjoyed warm.
