Ingredients

  • Small waxy potatoes (like new potatoes or fingerlings)
  • Pickles (classic tart pickles or gherkins)
  • Raclette cheese
  • Swiss cheese or Gouda (optional)
  • Cooked meats (salami, prosciutto, or roast chicken)
  • Vegetables (roasted bell peppers, baby spinach, or sautéed mushrooms)
  • Bread (crusty baguette or soft pretzel bites)

Instructions

  1. Prep your potatoes: Wash your potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.
  2. Boil your potatoes: Place them in salted water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Melt the cheese: Preheat the Raclette grill, then place slices of Raclette cheese in the pans to melt.
