Ultimate Chicken Caesar Wraps

Delicious and quick Chicken Caesar Wraps that are crispy, creamy, and packed with nostalgic flavors.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (450g)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt (5g)
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper (2g)
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce (140g), chopped and thoroughly dried
  • 0.33 cup shaved parmesan cheese (30g)
  • 1 cup rustic croutons (60g), slightly crushed
  • 0.5 cup creamy white Caesar dressing (120ml)
  • 4 large soft white flour tortillas (10-inch, 25cm size)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and drizzle olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with kosher salt and black pepper and add them to the skillet once hot.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on one side without moving, then flip and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  5. Assemble the wraps by combining the chopped romaine, shaved parmesan, and crushed croutons in a bowl, drizzling Caesar dressing over and tossing gently.
  6. Slice the rested chicken into strips and fold into the salad mixture.
  7. Wrap by laying a tortilla flat, adding the chicken-Caesar salad mix in the center, folding the sides over, and rolling tightly.

Notes

Serve with vegetable sticks or soup for a complete meal. Consider adding extra croutons and a lemon slice.
