Pumpkin Whipped Feta

A delicious dip perfect for fall gatherings, combining pumpkin, creamy feta, and honey with a hint of fresh thyme.

  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Gather all your ingredients. Make sure the feta is crumbled and the walnuts are roughly chopped.
  2. Combine pumpkin and feta: In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree and crumbled feta cheese. Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Sweeten the mix: Add honey to the pumpkin-feta mixture and continue mixing until well combined.
  4. Season to perfection: Sprinkle in the chopped thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. Mix in the walnuts: Fold in the chopped walnuts for that delightful crunch.
  6. Chill the dip: Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
