Pepperoni Pizzadillas

A delightful blend of pizza and quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal or a fun party dish!

Ingredients

  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup Marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • Olive oil (optional, for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Heat up the pan by warming a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Assemble the pizzadilla by placing one tortilla flat and sprinkling cheese and pepperoni on one half.
  3. Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown on one side.
  5. Flip the pizzadilla and cook for another 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
