Ingredients

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, peeled before freezing
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oat milk (or any milk)

Instructions

  1. Add the oats to your blender.
  2. Toss in the frozen bananas.
  3. Spoon in the peanut butter.
  4. Drizzle in the maple syrup.
  5. Sprinkle in ground flaxseed.
  6. Pour the vanilla extract.
  7. Add the ground cinnamon and salt.
  8. Pour in your oat milk.
