  • 1/2 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 5 drops liquid stevia (optional)
  • Fresh banana slices or chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grab your blender and add the rolled oats.
  2. Toss in the frozen banana slices.
  3. Add the unsweetened almond milk.
  4. Dollop in the creamy peanut butter.
  5. Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
  6. Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and sea salt.
