  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup diced peaches (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add in your melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in Peaches: Gently fold in the diced peaches to your wet mixture.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Prepare Your Baking Pan: Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the Batter: Gently pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake: Place your loaf in the preheated oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  9. Cool and Enjoy: Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
