Gâteau aux Pommes à la Poêle

Instructions

  1. Prep the apples by slicing them thinly.
  2. Mix the sugar, flour, and baking powder in a bowl, then add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract to combine.
  3. Add the sliced apples and fold them into the batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter.
  5. Cook the batter in the skillet for about 20 minutes until the edges set.
  6. Flip the cake using a plate and cook the other side for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, sliced into wedges with a dusting of powdered sugar or vanilla ice cream.
