Croziflette aux Lardons, Champignons et Reblochon

A heartwarming creamy pasta dish filled with lardons, mushrooms, and melted reblochon cheese, perfect for cozy occasions.

Ingredients

  • Crozets pasta
  • Lardons (bacon)
  • Mushrooms
  • Reblochon cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the crozets in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté the lardons until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped onion and garlic, cooking until translucent, then add mushrooms and sauté.
  5. Combine the drained crozets, lardons, mushrooms, onions, and garlic in a bowl, then pour in the cream and mix.
  6. Layer half of the mixture in a greased baking dish with half of the sliced reblochon cheese, then repeat.
  7. Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve and enjoy with a fresh salad or crusty bread.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs for an appealing presentation. You can prepare it a day in advance and reheat when ready to serve.
