  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Olive oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches wide and 1 inch thick.
  5. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and arrange the patties evenly.
  6. Brush each patty lightly with olive oil.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve them warm and enjoy!
