  • 2 cups Oats or Flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ cup Sugar, Honey, or Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by slicing them into thin wedges.
  3. Combine the oats or flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices in a bowl.
  4. Whisk the eggs and milk together until creamy.
  5. Mix the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, then fold in the sliced apples.
