  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your zucchini by grating it.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Add the grated zucchini to the wet mixture.
  6. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together gently.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
