Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your loaf pan by greasing it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  4. Cream the softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Combine the dry and wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fold in the diced peaches gently.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
