Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your zucchini by grating it and removing excess moisture.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream the sugars and oil until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently.
  7. Incorporate the zucchini and chocolate chips into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
