Spider Web Cheesecake

A visually stunning cheesecake topped with a playful spider web design made from chocolate syrup, reminiscent of family gatherings and fun in the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Blend the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth.
  3. Add sugar and mix until combined; then add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Pour the batter into the graham cracker crust.
  5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes.
  6. Cool the cheesecake in the oven for about an hour.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  8. Create the spider web by drizzling chocolate syrup and dragging through with a toothpick.

Notes

For variations, consider adding pumpkin puree, melted dark chocolate, or using different crusts.
