Instructions

  1. Prepare your cups by using small jars or muffin tins lined with cupcake liners.
  2. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Scoop and press the crumb mixture into the bottom of each cup.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  6. Combine the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the cups on top of the crust.
  8. Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set if you can wait.
  9. Add fresh berries on top just before serving.
