No-Bake Mango Panna Cotta

A dreamy no-bake dessert that captures the tropical goodness of mango, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 400 g mango flesh
  • 200 g milk (for blending with mango)
  • 20 g lemon juice
  • 200 g milk (for gelatin mixture)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 20 g gelatin sheets
  • Fresh blueberries (for garnish)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatin by soaking in cold water for 5-10 minutes until soft.
  2. Blend the mango flesh and 200 g of milk until smooth.
  3. Combine the remaining 200 g of milk and sugar in a saucepan over low heat; stir until sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the softened gelatin sheets to the warm milk mixture and stir until dissolved.
  5. Mix the blended mango and lemon juice into the milk mixture until thoroughly combined.
  6. Chill the mixture in serving glasses for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  7. Serve the panna cotta garnished with fresh blueberries and mint leaves.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute gelatin with agar-agar and use almond or coconut milk.
