Spook-tacular Halloween Cheesecake

A creamy Halloween cheesecake topped with colorful candy for a festive touch.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Graham cracker crust
  • Orange food coloring
  • Candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crushed graham crackers with melted butter and pressing into a pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add in the sugar and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  5. Color it orange with food coloring.
  6. Pour the mixture into the crust, leveling it out.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  8. Cool in the oven for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Decorate with candy eyeballs before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute eggs with unsweetened applesauce mixed with cornstarch. Leftover cheesecake can be frozen for later enjoyment.
