Candy Corn Fudge

A delightful blend of creamy white chocolate and iconic candy corn flavors, this Candy Corn Fudge is perfect for fall festivities.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • Orange food coloring
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently until everything is melted and smooth.
  2. Add vanilla: Once your chocolate mixture is silky and delicious, remove it from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the mixture: Divide the melted fudge mixture into two separate bowls. In one bowl, add orange food coloring and mix until you reach your desired shade. In the second bowl, add yellow food coloring and stir until bold and sunny!
  4. Layer it up: Line an 8×8 square baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the orange fudgy layer into the pan, smoothing it out with a spatula. Let it chill in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Add the yellow layer: Once the orange layer has set, pour the yellow fudge on top and smooth it out.
  6. Chill and set: Place the pan back in the fridge for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Cut and enjoy: Remove the fudge from the pan, peel away the parchment paper, and cut it into bite-sized squares.

Notes

For a nutty twist, add ½ cup of finely chopped nuts. Store the leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
