Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with oil or butter.
  3. Grate the zucchini using a box grater.
  4. Mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  5. Add the grated zucchini to the wet mixture and fold it in.
  6. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  7. Combine the dry mixture with the wet ingredients, stirring gently.
  8. Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  9. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  10. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
