Refreshing Triple Berry Soda

A bubbly drink that sparkles with joy and refreshment, perfect for sunny days and cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh and ripe
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey)
  • 4 cups sparkling water (or club soda)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep the berries: Wash strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries thoroughly. Remove stems from strawberries and slice them in half.
  2. Make the berry syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and sugar (or honey). Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until it bubbles.
  3. Strain the mixture: Once the fruit has softened, strain it through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher.
  4. Mix with sparkling water: In a large pitcher, combine the cooled berry syrup with the sparkling water, stirring gently.
  5. Serve over ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the soda over. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

You can freeze some of the berries into ice cubes for a colorful touch. Adjust the syrup to sparkling water ratio for desired flavor strength.
