Ingredients

  • 1 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cups cubed pineapple
  • 3 cups baby kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing the baby kale and cucumber. Make sure your pineapple is cubed and ready to go!
  2. Blend the greens first by tossing the baby kale and cucumber into your blender with half a cup of water. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and cubed pineapple, then blend until you achieve a rich, creamy texture.
  4. Incorporate the hemp seeds and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or lime juice if desired.
