Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled prior to freezing
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2/3 cup plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Ensure you’ve got everything measured and ready.
  2. Blend the base: In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks, frozen banana, and chopped kale. Pour in the plant-based milk and lemon juice.
  3. Add flaxseed: Sprinkle the ground flaxseed on top of the mix.
