Sautéed Kohlrabi Greens

A delightful sautéed dish featuring kohlrabi greens, packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi Leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the kohlrabi leaves by rinsing them thoroughly under cold water and removing thick stems.
  2. Heat the pan by adding olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Cook the kohlrabi leaves with salt and pepper for 5–7 minutes until tender and bright.
  5. Finish by squeezing lemon juice over the greens before serving.
