A colorful and flavorful salad that combines fresh greens, olives, meats, and cheese for a delightful Keto twist.

  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup salami, diced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing (keto-friendly)

Instructions

  1. Prep the veggies by washing all your fresh produce.
  2. Chop and dice the cucumber, halve the tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Combine in a big salad bowl, adding mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, green olives, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella balls, and red onion.
  4. Drizzle your keto-friendly Italian dressing over the top.
  5. Toss gently until all ingredients are coated with dressing.

Notes

Serve with extra mozzarella balls or a sprinkle of Italian herbs for garnish. This salad pairs well with keto-friendly bread or grilled chicken.
