5-Minute Kale and Spinach Smoothie

A quick and nourishing smoothie that combines leafy greens with sweet tropical flavors for a refreshing drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk of choice (unsweetened almond milk recommended)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup spinach (if using frozen, reduce to ½ cup)
  • 1 cup kale, stem removed (if using frozen, reduce to ½ cup)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. Pour in the milk of choice.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt.
  4. Toss in the spinach and kale.
  5. Add your frozen mango and banana.
  6. Spoon in that peanut butter (if using).
  7. Blend away!
  8. Taste and adjust!
  9. Serve immediately!
