Refreshing Kale Pineapple Ginger Juice

A vibrant juice bursting with nutrients, perfect for refreshing your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Green Apple, chopped
  • 2 Handfuls Kale, chopped
  • 4 Stalks Celery, chopped
  • 8 1-inch Cubes Fresh Pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1-Inch Fresh Ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing all fruits and veggies, and chopping them into smaller pieces.
  2. Combine all chopped ingredients in a high-speed blender, starting with the kale.
  3. Blend on high for about 30 seconds or until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve if you prefer smoother juice (optional).
  5. Taste and adjust flavors, adding salt, ginger, or lemon juice if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing juice!

Notes

This juice is great as a post-workout refreshment and can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
