Kale Orange Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious kale-orange smoothie that’s packed with flavor and health benefits.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kale, stripped of stems and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 cup orange juice or water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing the kale and chopping it into pieces.
  2. Segment the orange using the supreme technique and toss the segments into the blender.
  3. Add the banana chunks to the blender.
  4. Incorporate the Greek yogurt if using.
  5. Pour in the orange juice or water to help with blending.
  6. Blend everything together until smooth, adjusting thickness with more liquid or kale as needed.
