Healthy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

A creamy and delicious Pumpkin Pie Smoothie that captures the flavors of fall while remaining healthy and satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup 100% pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 chopped frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup skim milk (or almond milk)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 610 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Start with the pumpkin puree. Toss it into your blender.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt for a creamy texture.
  3. Toss in the frozen banana, chopped up for a smoother blend.
  4. Pour in the skim milk or almond milk to help everything blend.
  5. Add the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey.
  6. Toss in ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  7. Do a taste test and adjust sweetness or consistency.
  8. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute Greek yogurt with dairy-free yogurt and use maple syrup instead of honey. Feel free to customize with nut butters or spices.
