Healthy Green Juice

A refreshing, nutrient-packed green juice combining kale, cucumber, pears, ginger, and lemon for a burst of sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 12 cups water

Instructions

  1. Wash your greens and fruits.
  2. Chop the cucumber and pears into chunks.
  3. Prep the ginger and lemon by peeling and squeezing the juice.
  4. Blend all your ingredients in a high-speed blender with water.
  5. Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  6. Strain if you prefer a smoother juice.
  7. Taste test and adjust sweetness or acidity.
  8. Serve immediately in glasses.
