5-Minute Chocolate Açai Protein Bowl

A quick and nutritious bowl filled with chocolate, açai, and protein, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen unsweetened açai packet
  • 1 scoop of unsweetened, unflavored protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free rolled oats
  • 46 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  • Optional: 1-2 handfuls of fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and lay them out on the counter.
  2. Pour 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into the blender.
  3. Add the frozen açai packet.
  4. Scoop in 1 scoop of unsweetened protein powder.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder or cocoa powder.
  6. Place in 2 tablespoons of almond butter.
  7. Toss in 2 tablespoons of rolled oats.
  8. Drop in 4-6 Medjool dates.
  9. Pour in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
  10. Sprinkle in the hemp seeds and chia seeds.
  11. Finally, add 2 cups of ice and blend until smooth.

Notes

Top with cacao nibs, fresh fruit, or granola for added texture and flavor.
