Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

A comforting Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad that blends fresh ingredients with nostalgic flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (Fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a pot of salted water. Add your pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: If you’re using leftover chicken, simply dice it. If starting fresh, season chicken breasts and grill or bake until cooked through.
  3. Chop the Romaine: While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop your romaine lettuce.
  4. Halve the Cherry Tomatoes: Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add your cooked pasta, diced chicken, chopped romaine, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss together.
  6. Add the Dressing: Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the pasta salad and sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
  7. Season to Taste: Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.

Notes

Consider making this salad ahead of time, keeping the dressing on the side until serving to maintain freshness.
