Avalanche Cookies

A delightful fusion of creamy peanut butter, crunchy Rice Krispies, and sweet white chocolate. Perfect for sharing with family and friends!

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the creamy peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds to a minute until melted and stir until smooth.
  3. Add the Rice Krispies and powdered sugar to the mixture and gently fold them in.
  4. Incorporate the chocolate chips by folding them into the mixture until combined.
  5. Shape small balls of dough about 1 inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

These cookies can be served with milk or coffee, and they also freeze well for later enjoyment.
