Mini Kinder Bueno Cheesecakes

Delicious mini cheesecakes infused with Kinder Bueno flavors, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth with a nostalgic twist.

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 500g cream cheese, softened
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200g heavy cream
  • 4 Kinder Bueno bars, chopped
  • Chocolate sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Crush the biscuits: Place the digestive biscuits in a ziplock bag and crush them until fine. Alternatively, use a food processor.
  2. Mix with melted butter: Combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into mini cheesecake molds.
  4. Beat the cream cheese: Mix softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar gradually, tasting to adjust sweetness.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  7. Combine the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  8. Fold in the chopped Kinder Bueno bars evenly.
  9. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth it out.
  10. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  11. Unmold the cheesecakes and drizzle with chocolate sauce before serving.

Notes

These cheesecakes can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
