Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash your kale thoroughly and chop the leaves. Chop your apple and banana, and measure out your almond milk.
