  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A sprinkle of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together the melted coconut oil or butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, then pour over the dry ingredients.
