Croziflette Poireaux

A cozy and heartwarming dish featuring creamy crozets and leeks, inspired by traditional family recipes.

Ingredients

  • 200g Crozets (pasta)
  • 2 Leeks, sliced
  • 200ml Heavy cream
  • 200g Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 150g Bacon or lardons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the leeks: Clean and slice them, then sauté in butter.
  2. Boil water: Cook the crozets as per package instructions.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy, then combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Prepare your baking dish: Grease it and layer the mixture with cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve and enjoy garnished with fresh herbs.
