Wholesome Kohlrabi with Ham

A comforting dish of kohlrabi and ham, reminiscent of family dinners and warm kitchens.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium kohlrabi, peeled and diced
  • 200g ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the diced onion for about 3-5 minutes until translucent, then stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the diced kohlrabi and ham, stirring well; cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  4. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

This dish can be served with crusty bread, a light salad, or roasted vegetables. Enjoy additional variations with cheese, spices, or fresh herbs.
