Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the kohlrabi by peeling it and slicing it into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the kohlrabi strips with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Spread the seasoned kohlrabi fries in a single layer on a heated baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. Once browned and crisp, cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
