Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Wash your kale leaves thoroughly and remove the thick stems.
  2. Peel your banana and slice it into smaller chunks.
  3. Add the kale leaves, banana slices, apple juice, and yogurt to your blender.
  4. Toss in the ice cubes.
  5. Blend on high speed until everything is super smooth and creamy.
