  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Cilantro for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut your chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the Onions: Melt butter in a skillet, add onion, and cook until translucent.
  3. Add Garlic and Ginger: Toss in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Add onions, chicken, tomato sauce, spices, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the Cream: Stir in heavy cream or coconut milk.
  6. Cook Slow and Steady: Set the cooker on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Cool Down and Garnish: Let sit, adjust seasoning, and garnish with cilantro before serving.
