  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on your countertop.
  2. Add the banana to the blender after slicing it.
  3. Pour in the frozen mixed berries for flavor and color.
  4. Toss in the spinach if you’re using it.
  5. Scoop in your chosen yogurt for creaminess.
  6. Sweeten it up with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  7. Add the milk to achieve your desired consistency.
  8. Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency as needed.
