Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples
  • 4 oz creamy feta cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens or spinach
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your greens by rinsing and drying.
  2. Core and slice the apples into thin slices.
