Skinny Poolside Dip

A refreshing and light dip perfect for summer gatherings, combining Greek yogurt, cucumbers, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your veggies by dicing the cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, and finely chopped red onion in a large bowl.
  3. Add in the fresh dill and lemon juice, stirring gently.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve in a favorite bowl and garnish with extra dill.

Notes

Serve with pita chips, fresh veggies, or on sandwiches. Great for summer parties and gatherings.
